I have sent scooty from Delhi to Bareilly. It’s been 23 days since and my scooty is not yet delivered. They do not receive call and provide misleading information. They also lied about the fright charges. First they told me that it will cost Rs. 2500 with taxes then after pick up of my scooty, they overcharged me with Rs. 3693.

I told them to return my scooty then they said i will have to pay 1000 for their pickup and packing of scooty.

They cornered me with no option but to pay the overpriced charges. I’m still clueless of whereabouts of my scooty.
